Venture Services

Next Day Ireland

Sending goods across the Irish Sea shouldn’t be complicated. Whether you're a manufacturer shipping parts to a contractor in Dublin, or a private client needing boxes delivered to Cork, we make cross-border courier services simple, transparent, and fully accountable.

At Venture Logistics, we offer collection from anywhere in Essex or Suffolk, with direct delivery to the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland — handled professionally from start to finish.

What's Included

We deliver to any location in Ireland - this is an expensive service due to the ferry charge - prices also vary during the year.

See our list (pop-up window) of places we we deliver to in Ireland, along with prices.

We promote a transparent pricing structure, we never add hidden extra's or addons at the last minute, and everthing is included. For Ireland the price includes the M6 toll charge and return ferry trip.

Goods-in-Transit and Public Liability Insurances are included too, as is access to our online tracking.

Unlike our other services we can't deliver before 10 AM - while using the M6 Toll limits hold ups a lot, the ferry from Holyhead to Dublin is often running late, and harsh weather conditions limit the speed it can travel at.

Frequently Asked Question

Absolutely. We deliver to all parts of Ireland including Dublin, Cork, Galway, Belfast, and beyond. Our service includes full cross-border support.

Delivery times depend on location, but most jobs reach Ireland by the next working day, because we'll factor the time into when we leave, about 1AM.

The A14 - M6 is particularly difficult at the moment due to (A14) roadworks, and the M6 is slow from about 7 AM, and particularly difficult heading toward the M6 - M42 junction. We use the M6 toll road.

The journey to Holyhead usually takes 6 hours +. The ferry takes between 2 and 4 hours, dependant on weather.

Our goal is to reach Holyhead by 7 AM, Dublin by 9 - 10 AM, which gives us 7 hours to deliver to any location in Ireland.

The expensive part is the ferry cost, ranging between £150 and £450. The prices shown here reflect the most you can expect to pay - we can't provide an accurate quote before we know a customer requires this service, because the ferry costs fluctuate.

Yes it is. We have a sophisticated system that monitors our vehicles 24/7/365, it's available online, access is provided to all customers at no additional cost. The system uses a simple map, that shows the location of the vehicle assigned to your delivery.

The login is available via the menu at the top of this page, and you'll be given the username and password in the quotation document.

For trips to Ireland, we'll always collect the day before, usually before 11 AM.

For deliveries to Ireland we take a 50% deposit before collection.

Sadly we've been let down by previous customers who've decided not to pay after delivery.

We'd rather not take the job, if it means taking the risk of non-payment.

We'll deliver anything so long as it's legal, and non perishable, so nothing chilled or frozen, we're also unable to take any dangerous goods.

Our primary services are "fast response" based, so we're limited by weight (max 600kg) and length (2 metres).

If you have any fragile items, please lets us know, so we can take extra care.
